My journey

My journey from the world of culinary arts to the realm of business management.
As an experienced culinary professional, I embarked on my culinary journey early, beginning with my first stage at the age of 14. By 17, I was actively working in the kitchen, and at 19, I had received a remarkable offer from a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in San Francisco, achieving my life goals.
My culinary adventures led me to explore Spain, Austria, the UK, the US, and various cities in Italy.
In early 2019, I made the decision to further my education and pursue my high school diploma. This educational journey awakened my love for learning and discovering new horizons. Subsequently, I relocated to Venice to enroll in one of Italy’s leading universities, specialized in accounting and economics.
During my time at the university, I discovered a passion for problem-solving and tackling complex dynamics. This newfound interest led me to apply for a Strategic Management course at one of the world’s top universities.
Combining my experience in a challenging kitchen environment with my analytical and problem-solving skills, I am now prepared to excel in the world of management. I actively looking forward to embrace new challenges and contributing my diverse skill set to innovative projects.
